Redneck Times
Week Ending July 5, 2025
-Nationwide injunctions are a thing of the past, and this is how it should be. Judicial tyranny is, after all, just another form of tyranny.
-Also, you’ll have to show your ID to access porn online in Texas. The linked article doesn’t like it, but it makes perfect sense in a sane society. Age restrictions recognize the reality of biology and the human condition. Young eyes don’t need to be exposed to that kind of material.
Personally, I doubt the framers of the constitution would agree that pornography should be protected by the 1A to begin with. And if you’re ashamed to show your ID to access it, then maybe you should not watch it. I’ve never seen a study which shows how watching pornography improves one’s life or improves society at all. In fact every study I’ve ever read says that pornography is detrimental to all involved parties (except the producers who make billions).
-Also, public schools have been smacked. If they try to push the normalization of homosexuality, they have to notify parents in advance, and parents can opt out their kids without penalty. It is a big win for parental rights.
-They also held up the ban on mutilating children in Tennessee, but that was a no-brainer.
-They’ve agreed to hear two cases concerning men playing in women’s sports. Everyone is confident that common sense will prevail, and this ridiculous little chapter of history will be closed forever.
This was about all the punditry class talked about all week. I didn’t read it all, and neither did your congressman. None of them ever do, including the President. It should be illegal to even bring forth such an abomination. It is more of the same ridiculous spending that got us into the fiscal mess we’re in right now. The only thing that makes it different is that Trump is the boss. And instead of wasting money on transgender outreach in India, the money will go to the border patrol and ICE. It will be better spent, but it is still borrowed money. They’ve got to get serious about spending cuts, and the promised investment in American manufacturing has to come to fruition.
I’m cautiously pessimistic. “Republican” majorities have let me down every time we’ve had one. Why should this one be any different? Why should we vote next November to keep them in the majority? The tree of liberty needs some fertilizer.
Big Support for Deporting ALL Illegal Aliens…
Remember this when some communist trots out the “We are a nation of immigrants” trope:
Every nation on earth is a nation of immigrants. If you want your grandchildren to grow up as persecuted minorities, then keep hating yourself and allow the unassimilable third world masses to keep coming. It won’t end well. Just ask an American Indian (if you can find one).
Victor Davis Hanson drops some truth bombs.
Tucker Carlson interviewing Liz Collin. She’s a serious journalist who got fired/cancelled for asking legitimate questions about the George Floyd overdose. Four decent police officers were wrongfully convicted in this case. And they were convicted because of blatant, provable lies, journalistic misconduct and judicial misconduct. Two have already completed their sentences, and two still rot in prison.
The death penalty is off the table, and he’ll die in prison.
This was probably the best outcome given the realities of our current judicial system, but the families are not very happy about it. They want answers, and they’ll likely never get them.
UFC Event at the White House???
I like it simply because it will make communist heads explode.
Fighting at the white house is not a new thing.
Grizzlies Coming Out of the Mountains…
The article does not give solid numbers, but it seems grizzlies are doing quite well.
Video of a grizzly chasing some wild horses.
The best line of the article: “There’s a reason our ancestors got rid of the sons-a-bitches to begin with.”
Americans are the most medicated people on the planet and, by far, the most medicated since the dawn of time.
We have allowed ourselves to become chemistry experiments.
There was a commercial in the 1970’s for a margarine which allegedly tasted so much like butter that it even fooled mother nature. The character playing mother nature stated, “It’s not nice to fool mother nature.” She then causes bad things to happen. I paid attention.
From the post:
anti-capitalism isn’t a philosophy. it’s a death wish dressed up as a virtue signal it’s the aesthetic of rebellion powered by an iPhone, subsidized by Uber Eats, and resting on 400 years of industrial infrastructure you take for granted because you’ve never built a single useful thing in your life you’re not oppressed. you’re just ungrateful
She sets it up well and defends her points brilliantly in the comments.
Sounds like a goat.
